The Factory 12 Event Loft has a natural beauty with an urban edge. The space has the intimate features that you can’t fake and all the up to date amenities you need. The room seats over 400 people but can be scaled down for a business meeting of 30. With original brick, hard wood and modern lighting, the space’s ‘less is more’ feeling inspires great conversation and photography. In a space like this, guests are reminded of those things that last - things that get better with time.
